Corn Kernel
Grain or cereal is the name generally given to the products harvested from grasses and their seeds. They are plant products widely found all over the world and consumed as food. They are used in the form of flour in daily life in the production of bread and its products.
Cracked Corn
Corn is an annual agricultural plant that can generally be grown in very humid climate regions, especially its oil is in the unsaturated oil group. The biological value of lysine and tryptophan protein in corn is also under the limiting effect of amino acids.
Corn Bran
Corn bran is a by-product of the flour industry that contains the outer wall of the corn grain and unextractable flour particles. Depending on the degree of pulverization, it is obtained as coarse and fine bran. The feed value of corn bran varies depending on the content of husk and flour particles. As a by-product, corn bran is a valuable feed raw material and is used in feeding dairy cattle, beef cattle, small ruminants and poultry.
Corn Gluteni (Min 60% protein)
Corn gluten meal is a product obtained after wet processing of grain corn and is an extremely delicious feed raw material containing high levels of by-pass protein for ruminant animals. Therefore, corn gluten is well utilized in the rations of high-yielding dairy cattle and beef cattle. Corn Gluten is a great protein source for poultry diets as amino acids such as methionine and cystine provide high energy and protein.
Corn Extract (Min 40% Fat)
It is a completely natural corn product obtained during the starch production stage from corn. It is the raw material used in making corn oil. Crude corn oil is obtained by going through certain production stages of corn germ.
Corn DDGS
DDGS is a dry processing by-product of corn and is a high-energy and protein-bearing raw material containing the fractions remaining after yeast fermentation of the grain into ethanol. DDGS contains numerous nutritional qualities and is a valuable feed raw material for all farm animals. For ruminant animals, it provides appetizing high digestible cellulose, low starch, phosphorus, B vitamins and high levels of by-pass protein.
Corn Silage
Grain or cereal is the name generally given to the products harvested from grasses and their seeds. They are plant products widely found all over the world and consumed as food. They are used in the form of flour in daily life in the production of bread and its products.
Native Corn Starch
Natural starch offers native starches derived from high quality corn and wheat.
Local starches are used as food additives in the paperboard industry, glue making, bakery, ready-made food products, dairy products, confectionery, meat and fish products and other cooking processes due to their stabilization and gelatinization properties and their ability to regulate viscosity.
Wheat
It is a cotyledonous family. It is a plant with hollow stems and spike-shaped flowers that take 3 months between planting and reaping. It has many varieties. Its nuts are called wheat.
It contains vitamin B and carbohydrates. These are in the bran of the grains. Therefore, the more whole wheat flour is, that is, the darker it is, the more beneficial it is.
Cracked Wheat
It refers to the broken wheat grains, which are called under-sieve, during the processing phase with modern agricultural technology during the harvesting of the ripe wheat ears, which are included in the scope of grain products. Wheat grains, which are distinguished according to quality, are made ready for use in many foods in the food industry. Broken wheat is an economically suitable product. It is preferred for bulgur and flour production.
Wheat bran
Wheat bran is a by-product during the production of flour from wheat and contains the protective outer part of the wheat grain. Wheat bran is rich in protein and vitamins. The protein, energy and highly digestible cell wall fractions (NDF) of wheat bran are extremely well utilized by ruminants, so it is used in diets instead of some of the other grains or protein sources.
Razmol
It is produced in two different forms: larger granulated (COARSE BRAN) and smaller granulated (RAZMOL), which is also used under pita bread. It contains high amounts of FIBER, which is of great importance for your health, and is also rich in vitamins and minerals. It is produced under hygienic conditions to be used in making whole wheat bread. It can also be used in making home bread. It increases the water holding capacity of the dough.
Sunflower meal
The substance remaining after oil is extracted from sunflower oil seeds is called oil cake. Bagasse is indispensable in the feed industry. Animals enjoy consuming sunflower meal for both its taste and smell. No toxic substances that harm animals or prevent their growth have been found in its content.
Canola meal
Compared to oilseed plants such as sunflower, cotton, peanut and soybean, it is among the top three most produced oil crops in the world as a source of vegetable oil. Canola is an important oil plant due to the 38-50% oil, 16-24% protein, rich oleic and linoleic acid content in its grain and the high boiling point of its oil.
Corn meal
Corn meal is processed and produced by feed manufacturers for use as animal feed. It is considered an ideal feed ingredient due to its high protein content. It is also a raw material for the production of industrial enzymes, antibiotics and biopesticides (organic plant protection products).
Ddgs
DDGS is the byproduct of fermenting corn, barley, rye and wheat with yeast and enzymes to produce ethanol and CO2. DDGS, which is 90% obtained from corn, can be defined as a dry processing by-product of corn.
Crude corn oil
Corn oil is the oil obtained from the wheat germ of corn. Its main use is in cooking, where the high smoke point makes refined corn oil a valuable frying oil. It is also an important ingredient in some margarines. Corn oil is generally cheaper than many other types of vegetable oils.
Chicken flour
Chicken meal is obtained from the slaughter residues obtained from poultry slaughterhouses by drying and grinding the head, feet, intestines, blood and other internal organs in rendering facilities.
Meat bone meal
Bone meal is an economical nutritional option for all types of poultry. Meat and bone meal is the separated form of the animal's hair, nails, horns and skin. Bone meal contains high quality protein and amino acids and creates a rich nutritional source with valuable minerals.
Barley flakes
Barley Flake is a product with guaranteed content, obtained by cooking the grain in specially designed steam boilers and then processing it through a special process. With the use of flake products, microbial protein synthesis in the rumen and enzymatic digestion in the small intestine increases.
Corn flake
It is a product obtained by cooking corn under high pressure with steam and then drying it through a crushing machine. Digestibility increases by gelatinizing the high amount of starch in corn.
Modified corn starch
Modified corn starches are used in different and wide-ranging sectors according to various interventions. They have a wide usage area such as textile paper and cardboard.
Dextrin
Dextrins are white, yellow or brown powders that are partially or completely soluble in water, giving low viscosity optically active solutions. Yellow dextrins and white dextrins have a wide range of uses.
Barley
Barley is an important cereal plant whose grains are used as malt and feed. Although it is one of the most important cultivated plants in prehistoric times, it is one of the plants of economic importance.
